Here is a cheap, fast, and fun mommy workout for you today. Who wants to play chase mommy with the tire?!! Who can jump on the tire like Mommy? It’s all about bringing them into what you’re doing and making it fun with them.

Mommy Monday Workout
Shooting for 3-4 rounds. No longer than 30 sec of rest in between each round and no rest between each tire movement. Get this done fast! Busy mommies don’t have time to mess around! However, you may need to adjust this based on your level of fitness. Tip: The last 2-3 reps of whatever exercise you are doing should be difficult. If not then you need go up with your weights or increase your reps. The goal here is to push your muscles to failure. Only when they are properly broken down can they be built back up. Complete the following in the order given:
Assisted Pushups on Tire- 20 reps
Tricep Dips on Tire-20 reps
Step Ups on Tire -20 each leg (If you have any weights at home to add to it then grab em!) Challenge yourself!
