Amber’s Story-Flabby To Fit and Running 1/2 Marathons

This is Amber’s story. Read what she has to say about her experience with one of a kind training…..
“There came a time in my life, about a year ago, when I decided that it was time to start taking care of myself, again. I’d neglected my physical condition for several years, because all of my energy (and time) had been focused on completing residency and starting out in practice.
In March of 2012, I ran a 1/2 marathon, but had no plan to maintain my “fresh start” after that. Enter Lindsey. She started coming to my house and kicking my tail; and before I knew it, I started to see my body change and it felt AMAZING!
So now, I’m on to the next phase. Getting much stricter with my diet. Before now, I’ve only been about 75% “on the wagon” with my nutrition. So now my 2013 plan is to run another 1/2 marathon in February, get serious about proper nutrition and continue to push on the next level physically with Lindsey’s help. It’s making me stronger physically, emotionally and spiritually, and I LOVE it!
