We often hear messages like just say no to hustle or that we need more balance or that results should always feel effortless and easy. There seem to be many mixed messages on just how hard we should be working and what that means. As if grinding and hard work somehow makes you less spiritual.
Now as a recovering workaholic and grinder I’m not an advocate for killing yourself and running yourself into the ground. But I think we need to stop the hustle shame and get honest about what it really takes to build and run a business so in today’s episode we’re having a candid conversation about it.
The truth is you need both hustle AND flow. It’s all about the energy behind the action.
